Thousand trails transfer personal information
I need to transfer camping membership that I put on eBay. It requires the buyers name, address and email but eBay won’t allow correspondence outside of their system. How do I contact buyer to get info?

Mentor1 year ago@keydeemusic Since you are a new seller I wanted to first make you aware of the mandatory 30 + days of fund holds for new sellers. Especially when the sale is over $1k,.
You also are going to have trouble with release of funds if you don't have tracking to show delivery.
You need to END this listing. Then relist as a Classified listing, the classified option is in the drop down menu where you select Auction or Buy It Now. There is a $9.95 fee for Classified listing however there are not any final value fees so this will save you money.
eBay will share interested buyers contact information with you. The rules are different for classified listings.
Let me know if you need the steps to change this listing to a classified listing and I can walk you through it.
The difference in fees alone is a MAJOR reason to change the listing. $108 in fees will charged if you try to continue with the sale as it is. VS only $9.95 in fees.
Think of the eBay Classified listing like an ad in a newspaper with a much wider reach.

It is going to result in HIGHER fees
The buyer can not share contact information until after it's paid for.
Your funds will be held at least 30 days.
NONE of these issues will occur IF you follow my advice and change this to a Classified Listing.
