This site doesn't value their customers.

Question

Talking to a machine with no brain. Doesn't solve anything. I'm getting delivered notices 7 hours late. I've had 8 packages stolen in 2023 alone. And I bought 5 full pages of multiple items in 5 months. Close to $20,000.oo and all they offer is excuses and can't even set a time zone. They care nothing for their customers. and don't deserve business from anyone. And they'll agree on the phone then not do anything to fix the problem.

Have you considered a PO Box? Or arrange for your PO to hold your packages for you to pick up? Or informed delivery from usps?

I would not rely on notices from any site. You canâ€™t expect their systems to receive and then send status updates in real time. I know they can do better than 7 hours, since mine are generally within an hour or 2 of delivery, but I request updates from usps.com directly so I know before eBayâ€™s notice.
