this sale was improperly closed by ebay
I sold a 16" clock and it arrived and was broken. I tolde the buyer not to return a useless clock to me that I would go to the post office for insurance. Ebay told the seller to send it back and he did not. Now ebay has closed the file and will not refund the sellers payment of $150.
How do I tell ebay to refund the buyers $150?
