**This return is now a case**
I've purchased an item with a policy that allows returns. When I tried to return the item, I received the message from eBay, "This return is now a case." The seller has sent me a message since then indicating that "Your return request has been approved and a shipping label was provided. You may find and download the shipping label on the return case."
Upon following these directions, I still get the message, "This return is now a case."
Next action, according to seller, here's what I do...
Go to Purchase history
Find the item under Returns and canceled orders.
Select View return details.
Instead of "Choose Print label", I get "This return is now a case."
Can anyone help? I keep going in circles with seller and eBay getting the exact same responses.
