This phone not compatible with eBay app.
I recently purchased an MZ 25 ultra phone, tried to download the eBay app and it says my phone is not compatible. The same applies to the home Depot app. Anybody know what's up with this. I guess eBay doesn't want my business no more. I guess I'll pay off my eBay card and start using Amazon only.

OP1 year agoThe whole idea of not going online and ordering is having the app. This is the latest Android phone and most accommodate the app. The phone did not come with the app and it will not download it, it'll download every app but eBay's and home depots. It may be because I have my financial information and it's on the old phone and the old app, I don't know eBay won't give me an answer. If eBay can't update their apps to conform to the new phones then I'll just pay my bill and shop at Amazon only. Thanks anyhow for your input.

Make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Services and Google Play Store; if you have older versions of those, that can prevent you from getting the latest version of the eBay app.

If your phone's operating system is not compatible with the eBay app and you cannot update it, delete the eBay app if installed and use a browser to go to ebay.com instead.
