This machine is also missing the spool cap to hold the thread on the arm while it sews. You really sent me a messed up package. You deserve every bad reference I give you! The Operation Manuel is NOT in English and I donâ€™t read anything else. I guess itâ€™s French and Spanish ? This was a messed up order and you or eBay doesnâ€™t even care. Bad business!Sevenskies

Itâ€™s infuriating isnâ€™t it? Most of the items Iâ€™ve bought lately come with instructions in every language except English. I donâ€™t understand what is going on. @lady_madonna is correct as far as what you should do.

@lhb-7754 Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
