this isn’t how to … it’s who to
Summary: jdducky2004 has been a member for 23 years and is new to using the app on a phone. They are seeking help to determine who has placed a bid that has locked up their account, as they are unable to find any active deals or bids and have exhausted their options. They express frustration at not being able to find relevant help articles and are reaching out for assistance in navigating this issue.
23 year member Shell on and off periodically reported five years to show new to this new platform on the app the Phone app I haven’t done that before so it admittedly upfront not an expert but it’s not what I need help with it who do I find how do I find out who has like put a bid on my stuff and locked it up because it’s all locked up now I can’t change anything but I can’t find a bid anywhere and I can’t find a Help book article that that help doesn’t get that specific or drill that deep. I can’t find out how to accept or refuse whatever is locking my account pictures , i’ve literally took in the path of every possible option to the end as far as I can get and I could not find any kind of active deal that I was in or bid or anything nothing at all it just doesn’t listen anything so I’m stuck.
if anybody recognizes I’m sure it’s something intuitive and I just missed it and I’m not getting it I’m sure it’s covered I just can’t seem to find it myself if anybody could help that would be great.

I am not sure I fully understand your question.
It appears you can't revise your listings.
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/-/-/revising-listing?id=4356
You can't revise the listing if
- There's an outstanding Best Offer (including Counteroffer or Offer to Watchers) on the listing, or
- It's an auction, and there are less than 12 hours left, or
- It's an auction and there's a bid, (although you can add up to a total of 24 photos and/or a supplemental description comment, and lower the Reserve price until the last 12 hours), or
- You are at your listing and selling limit
You can see your personal selling limits, and you can request a limit increase here:

Here's information about revising listings

When you send a Best Offer to a watcher, it's good for 4 days, so you can't revise it for 4 days.
