I'm so sick and tired of being taken for a fool this is last time I want a refund for the last order as once again your allowing criminals to sell prirated software and making me jump through usless hoops to get my moneyt back now im going to delete this usless sevice once and for all. 25 years ive been using them and and still as hard as eve to contact them Im now going to contack my bank and have payment stopped since you dont want to help.

Usually it takes less than 5 minutes to file a Return Request when you receive an item that does not match description/not as described. If the seller does not cooperate, you can ask Ebay to step in.

ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item.

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

If the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
