I purchased and paid for an item from this company and what was delivered was not what was shown in the original add. I contacted the seller and explained that they sent the wrong item and asked for the correct item to be sent to me and for instructions as to what to do with what was sent to me. They got back to me and said that they only sell what was sent to me which wasn't what was shown in the add. I asked for a return shipping label because I couldn't use and didn't want the incorrect item and was unable to get one from them so I used the one that you sent me for which the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from my refund. They then said that they don't refund the return shipping costs for which they should pay. I have never been so dissatisfied with any purchase or company as I have been with this company.

Mentor3 years agoeBay guarantees that you'll receive the item as described or will be refunded in full if handled within 30 days. There are millions of great sellers on eBay, but your dissatisfaction should be with your seller, not eBay.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
