This is a weird one....

Question

I bought an item in January. It was never sent, they never replied to any of my messages, and I got my refund in February.

Now a couple days ago, I am given a tracking number and ebay says it was delivered about 30 minutes ago. There is nothing here.

Also, I put the tracking number in the USPS site and it's a nonexistent number.

What is this? Are they trying to get the money back?

@wolverines20 Once a Buyer has been refunded, eBay considers the case closed. The Seller has no recourse.
