This is a real problem for me: My ebay search results are not showing listing titles!
Hello,
I am so frustrated and do not know how this happened and more importantly, how to fix the problem. I have been trying to correct it for several hours now with no resolve.. .
I am accessing ebay via my android phone and using the browser (not the app). Here is the issue:
When I try to search for items, I enter key words & hit enter. When the search results pop up, there are no listing titles. It just says "Brand New" or "Pre-owned" along with the price. Only after I click on a specific listing, it opens up and shows that specific listing title.
Can anyone please help me to understand how to fix this? Thank you so much!

Mentor3 years agoIf titles appear when searching using a different browser, try clearing your browser's cache.

I just cleared the cache but sadly doing so did not correct the issue.
It is so frustrating because when I search for items, I cannot see a description at all, hence I have no dea what that listing is offering.

Mentor3 years agoDo you see titles if you use another browser?
It might be worth restarting your phone; sometimes a pending update can cause issues, particularly if you have not restarted in a while.
