This can't be right.
It is not possible. The company, like eBay, literally offers no customer support to anybody who needs it. The phone numbers don't work. People don't call back. How in the world do you get support from eBay? Does anybody know? What a garbage company. How can you offer no customer support?

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
