Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days, weekends do not count for handling time. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.
The tracking is for the sellers protection to prove delivery. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

Mentor2 years agoHi @renzol_90
The first opportunity a seller would have to ship was yesterday. Not all sellers ship within one day. The seller's handling time (which can be 1-30 days) is built into the estimated delivery date shown on the listing when you made your purchase.
It's far too early to assume you have been scammed.
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

OP2 years agoI already talked to eBay they’re cancelling the order and refunding me by August 14th, and they’re keeping an eye on this person because they only have 5 reviews which the names you can’t see. Definitely a scam.

Mentor2 years ago@renzol_90 You can never see another members actual user ID on the feedback page. Only the buyer and seller can see the actual user ID for a transaction.
Agents sometimes say what a member wants to hear so they get a good rating for the call. IF the item is late arriving that's when you file the refund request.
ALL members, even sellers start out with zero feedback. There's no way to add "fake" feedback to a feedback page. Feedback can only be left for actual purchases.

As you can see, eBay is allowing time for the item to be shipping and delivered to you before they refund. Instead of you opening a case at the appropriate time as I advised, eBay has done it for you (earlier than you would be able to) but it doesn't change the fact that the seller has until the estimated delivery date passes before any action can be taken.
From what you have posted here, there is no evidence of a scam at this point.
