Did you make a Best Offer? Did the confirmation screen when you made it include sections (with "Change" links) for your shipping address and payment source? If so you pre-authorized automatic payment for the offered price plus s/h and sales tax to the shipping address if the seller accepted it. Go to your My eBay: Purchase History to find the item there.
If something else occurred you need to be specific about all the circumstances. We don't read minds. We can kind of guess what someone might have run into based on our experience on eBay and in this and other forums as to what certain complaints might be expressed as (e.g. see paragraph above for my guess from the title) but to make sure you get an accurate answer you have to give us the actual circumstances.
