eBay's money back guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. If you are past this time period you need to go back to your payment source and ask about a charge back. If you are able to get one then this will cost the seller a fee for eBay having to handle the charge back and you will most likely win the charge back since it is your payment source that decides the outcome and not eBay.
