Mentor2 years agoSend the buyer a cheerful message asking if they want to return the item - you will send a return label - or repay the refund that you sent. Humor can help, like ‘I see your long traveling xxx (item name) has finally arrived!’
If they want to return it, we can tell you how to create a return label outside of eBay. If they want to pay for it, work with the buyer to agree on how to get paid. You can send a PayPal invoice - you need the buyer’s email address - or Venmo or zelle - the buyer will need your email or cell. Even a paper check, if that is what they prefer.
Not all buyers will respond, but most people are honest and will pay or return.
