They delivered a counterfeit but won't refund my money
The seller sent me a counterfeit but they won't refund the money unless I change the review where I said as much. How do I get my money back?
Ebay removed the listing but I'm still out the money I paid

If an item is not as described, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. The seller cannot put arbitrary conditions on a refund as long as the buyer is willing to return the item in the condition it was received in.
If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days for most categories.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
A seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns, not for items that are "not as described".
