@patcoo-44 Take a deep breath. It's not hard to fix this problem.

If am understanding your correctly the buyer bought an item that said Local Pick Up only and they are asking you to ship it. This is not an eBay site error, this is a common buyer error. That is why I always recommend saying Local Pick Up in the title if you have room.

All you have to do is cancel the sale as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the item. This will start the refund process.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.

Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.

Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
