These people sent me a plastic frog in a box and eBay isn't returning my money.
Why is eBay allowing fraud ? I never received my part I ordered. The so called company sent me a frog in a box. This is fraud and I want my money back.

Mentor2 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

Mentor2 years agoIf you received something other than what you ordered you have thirty days to start a case citing "not as described" to return the item at the seller's expense for a refund.

If the seller does not cooperate at any point, after three business days ask eBay to step in and refund you.
