Mentor3 years agoOn the create label page look to the lower right, if needed click on Show More. You will see the current label format. Click Change and select the 4x6 label.
Best to set your browser to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
If still a problem come back with OS, browser, and printer model you use and further details.
