thermal printer
I am beyond frustrated. I bought a thermal printer and cannot for the life of me figure out how to actually use it! I see the issue is that the shipping label from ebay is sent to me in 8x11 format and so it is extremely small on the sticker label. I've watched youtube videos about changing this to make the document size 4x6 instead and whatever features the guy has on his account are NOT on mine. If it was as easy as he shows, i would have figured it out. I downloaded acrobat adobe to try to edit the downloaded shipping label. Everything I have tried has failed. I don't get it! What am I missing? Why won't this work?????? People use these thermal printers all the time. Why is this so challenging??? Is there any way that someone can help me?????

On the create label page look to the lower right to select the label size.
If still a problem come back with OS, browser, and printer model you are using. Does the label preview look correct? A screen shot will help.
