There's a scam seller here , they put pictures for the items brand new but the send you damaged parts and used , please call me i need your help

If you receive an item that does not match its description, you can return it at the seller's expense within thirty days for a full refund.

Once you start a "not as described" return, the seller will have three business days to either refund you directly or provide for tracked, return shipping and refund within three business days of receiving the item. If the seller does not cooperate at any point after that, you have up to twenty-one business days from opening the return to ask eBay to step in and refund you before eBay closes the case without a refund.
Get your money back, then leave calm and factual feedback about the transaction.
When purchasing on eBay, look for experienced sellers that have a proven track record of delivering exactly what they describe as shown in their feedback comments. Avoid new or inexperienced sellers, sellers with a pattern of negative feedback, sellers that have changed behavior drastically lately, sellers that show signs of being drop-shippers, and sellers offering deals that are too good to be true.
