There has been no update to Tracking a package on an item that I sold and shipped over 3 days ago . The tracking only indicates that the package was shipped. What to do?

Was this a USPS package taken to the post office on Monday the 20th? Does the tracking show up when you look on the USPS site but not show on eBay?

If so eBay and many other websites experienced disruptions due to the internet outages that occurred on Monday the 20th. They are aware of the issue and are working to get it resolved. There is a post regarding this on the shipping board pinned to the top. Here is the direct link to the post.
