"There are no active listings linked to one or more selected categories." I dont know how to fix it.
I received the above msg from Ebay over a week ago. Since then, my sales have tanked. i have done nothing else to cause it. In fact, I just made Top Seller status so shouldnt that make my sales better? I want to fix the category issue to see i it helps, but I dont know how. Help!!!

Mentor11 months agoI see lots of sales using the 15% off promotion you are running.
Not sure about the statement you referred to, but if there are no listings in a store category, that particular category will not be shown in your store, as ebay does not want buyers clicking on a category and not seeing any items.
