There are many scammer on Ebay

I am very worry. Because, at present there are many many new sellers who are scammers. Especially, in buy and sell phone products which there are many scammer sellers, Ebay can make a place where check all goods traded on Ebay, Buyers ask seller ship their items that to check.

All items are clearly payment, within 5 business days, seller still haven't shipped, buyer could open request to Ebay

Yes, there are a lot of scammers on Ebay, both buyers and sellers.

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
