Theft?
I sold an item to a buyer. The tracking said it was delivered to the buyers location, but he haven’t received the item. The address is correct and I provided him the details of what the parcel that was sent to him looked like. He couldn’t find it and the buyer said it may has been possible theft. We waited a couple days to see if it had popped up but nothing. I had to refund his money and I don’t have my item. I don’t know what to do and I’m irritated.
