I'm trying to compile anybody and everybody who eBay has forced to return for. In which your merchandise never was returned to you, and yet evening withdrawals and releases your funds for your merchandise back to the buyer while they still have your merchandise. If this has happened to you or somebody you know please contact me I'm putting together a class action lawsuit

Read the user agreement before you spend much time on this effort. Unless you specifically opted out, you can not be part of a class action.
