Good afternoon, I buy various products from the site

I often see this message.
That is, the delivery was not carried out and was accordingly postponed to another day
Warehouse opening hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday
and the courier very often comes outside of working hours
I can't find a way to set up a schedule like this in the website settings, similar to the one on Amazon.
Anyone know? Please help.
