Did you buy the shipping label on eBay? If so then the number is automatically uploaded to the sold listing.
If you bought the label at the post office do you still have the receipt with tracking number? Maybe you made a typo?
I see that you had a long break in selling according to your feedback page. New and RETURNING sellers are subject to fund holds. Your funds may be held for about 30 days before paid out even if you have tracking that shows delivery.
