The supplier and eBay are colluding and not benefiting the customer.
I purchased from the supplier [Removed by moderator], and the item description did not mention that the packaging or bubble of a Hot Wheels car was broken. When the item arrived, I was surprised to find that the product was damaged. I contacted the supplier to explain my situation, and they responded, 'I was under the impression you opened up the packets and noticed damage to the vehicle itself. What you are referring to is a protection, not cosmetic. I just want to make sure we’re on the same page.' As a collector, I know this is not what I am looking for. The supplier did not provide any solution and even closed the case. I requested a full or partial refund, explaining that I live in Guatemala and it is almost impossible to return the product. I was aware of this when I made my request. However, when I left feedback to warn other customers about this scammer, I noticed that eBay removed my feedback. This concerns me greatly because not only is the supplier a scammer, but eBay is supporting them, leaving the consumer unprotected.
