The shipping label I printed out has the wrong pickup address on it

EBay printed me out a shipping label but it has my old address on it for pickup i have reached out to FedEx several times to correct the pickup address they say it is corrected and it is correct on my eBay and FedE the driver hasn't picked it up.

FedEx accepts packages up to 108 inches in length and 165 inches in length plus girth (

for Ground/Home Delivery, with a maximum weight of 150 lbs.

How did you box such a large statue? This should have been LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.

I recommend that you cancel the shipping label and buy a new one with the correct information. Especially for such an expensive shipment. Do NOT be surprised if Fed Ex bills you more for shipping as this is a VERY large item. Shipping is based on package size. Did you add insurance for the $3500 item? Did you require signature on delivery?

Since eBay is the Fed Ex customer you can't change anything on the label after it is printed.

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
