The shipper canceled the return
I purchased a pair or shoes.The shoes are fake and the size is not as per shipper description.Please let me know what i can do in this case.She closed the return request.Is there any chance to return my money back?

Sellers cannot close Return Requests, they can only deny return requests if the buyer does not have a valid reason for the return.
What reason did you choose when you filed the Return Request?
