The seller is rejecting my request to cancel the order. When I placed this order, I didn't notice that the seller does not ship the item by mail. I asked the seller to cancel the order, explaining that I am in another country and would not be able to pick up the order physically, but the seller refused my return request and is not responding to my messages. What should I do?

You can file a not received refund request 7 days after the date of purchase.

Then ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day if the seller has not refunded you.
