The seller wants me to return the product to China, which was sent from California.

Hi,

I bought a stylus pen. It was delivered from California.

I decided to return it. When I contacted the seller, the returning address was 'China' instead of California.

I guess the price of returning the package to China seems equal to or more expensive than the product's original price. I tried, but I cannot contact Ebay agents to sort out this headache.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
If the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
