The seller stops responding
Greetings!
I bought an O2 sensor from this seller -> https://www.ebay.com/itm/385599359370 but didn't get a chance to unpack it until after a few weeks (due to trip out of town).
After opened the package, I noticed that the seller sent me a wrong item, but the return window has been closed. I contacted the seller directly, but the seller kept silent.
There is no option on the eBay website that allows me to escalate to eBay. What should I do?
