The seller stopped communicating. Over a dispute.
I purchased 2 boxes of Corelle dinnerware. I received 1 box that was the wrong pattern & agreed to a partial refund for that. The other box contained a broken plate. I really wanted that set. I told the seller I would try to get a free replacement under the Corelle warranty. I told them the issue was not resolved. They quit communicating all together. I just want the broken plate replaced.
And I can't get past the automated "Help".
