The seller sold the product using false information.
Hello, my order number is 10-13728-81037 and the return ID is 5304824856. I was informed that I need to return the item by November 18. However, I realized there was an issue with the product after boarding my flight to Korea with it. I am now in Korea and therefore unable to return the item within the given return period.
The seller listed the product as a Bluetooth item and described Bluetooth functionality in the product details, but the item I received is an older version without Bluetooth. I would not have purchased this product if I had known it lacked Bluetooth capability. I feel deceived, as the seller’s description was misleading. Because of this misinformation, I have suffered an inconvenience.
I hope eBay can provide me with a clear and fair resolution to this matter.
