The seller sold me a fraudulent item and ebay is not helping
https://www.ebay.com/itm/167119322390 I purchased this item, and it is fake silver. When I put in a claim for the other item to get my money back. They recalled the package to their warehouse. They are operating under several business names.

Luckily, I was able to get my money back on this one, but the first one is in limbo, they put in a new tracking number, but it is not showing up on my end. I just want my money back because it's fake jewelry. How are these sellers able to get away with selling fraudulent goods? The average person doesn't know that these are fake. I have heard of others talking about this on YouTube channels, and eBay is doing nothing to stop them. can anyone help me resolve this.

Mentor6 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
