The seller shipped product damaged
The seller shipped product damaged. She said she accepted for return but buyer has to pay for shipping free. I thought I should not pay that because it damaged. How can I do?

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return within thirty days and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
