The seller shipped me the wrong product, and I returned it. However, eBay has placed this case under
I purchased an "Apple Watch Series 11 (GPS + LTE) 46MM" from this seller. However, I received a different item: "Apple Watch SE 3 40MM" (Tracking: USPS 9416408106244790339736).
I have contacted the seller multiple times through eBay messages regarding this issue. The seller asked me to provide additional pictures of the item I received, which I already did. After that, the seller sent me messages containing inappropriate responses and even threatened to report me on eBay. The seller has not cooperated in resolving this issue in any way.

- Apple Watch SE 3 40mm GPS+LTE (eBay Item #406679355094) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/406679355094
I placed separate offers on both listings for each item individually. However, only the deal for the Apple Watch Series 11 was agreed upon between us, and I completed the payment for it. The deal for the Apple Watch SE 3 was never finalized. When the seller shipped the package, they sent me the Apple Watch SE 3 instead of the Apple Watch Series 11, even though we never agreed on a deal for the Apple Watch SE. I informed the seller about this and also sent them photos of the watch I received, but they did not accept my claim.
The watch I received is an Apple Watch SE 3, and you can also verify from the seller’s eBay SE 3 listing that the images match the SE watch that was shipped to me. The eBay Customer Support team can review the conversation between the seller and me. I am sharing the links to both listings in this message for your review & also attaching the photos of the watch I received in this email. If you compare these photos with the seller’s Apple Watch SE 3 listing, it will clearly show that the watch I received is an Apple Watch SE instead Apple Watch Series 11, and the images, serial number & UPC match those in the seller’s Apple Watch SE 3 listing.
I have already returned the watch, and the seller has also received the returned item. If the watch I returned was incorrect from my side, then why did the seller accept it? In reality, I returned the same watch that was sent to me by the seller, which is why the seller accepted the return.
Therefore, I kindly request the eBay Customer Support team to carefully review all the relevant information regarding this issue, including the seller’s two eBay listings, the watch I received, the conversation between the seller and me, and all related matters. Upon review, it will become clear that the seller acted fraudulently and also the seller has also threatened me on eBay and warned that they will report me on eBay, which clearly constitutes a direct violation of eBay policies. I hope that the eBay Customer Support team will not face any difficulty in making a fair decision. In addition, if eBay requires any further information from my side, I am always ready to fully cooperate and provide any additional details needed. I trust eBay as a reliable platform that treats both buyers and sellers fairly and makes decisions based on the truth, and I hope it will assist me in recovering my payment and resolving this issue properly.https://www.ebay.com/itm/406679360319

Mentor5 months agoDid you file a returns request through ebay citing Not as Described? If so, the seller must accept the return and pay for return shipping, or fully refund and not require return of the item. Once tracking shows Delivered back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, on day 3 you can go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
