The Seller Sent the Wrong Shoes - They said Ebay sent the wrong shoes and call the for a refund.
I ordered some Airforce (Color Black/Grey in a size 11). They sent me some Airforce (Pink/Blue/Yellow Size 10) and when I asked for a refund, they said contact Ebay it is there fault. However, I unable to contact Ebay directly, is there another email or phone number

Mentor2 years agoIt is not possible for eBay to be at fault since eBay neither stores a sellers inventory or ships items for sellers. The seller is fooling you. Open an Item not as described case against the seller and they will need to send you a prepaid shipping label to return the shoes and give you a full refund once they are returned.
