the seller sent me a dvd that was externally shrink wrapped but had signs of wear on the casing and paper cover . the seller wants it back in the original shrink wrap . I sent pictures to e bay an they said talk to the seller .he ignores me .
do i stop payment ? how do I reach out to e bay
