The seller says it was sent without tracking; to avoid losing another $400, please write to us.
I've written to him, but he hasn't responded. I bought it on December 27th, and now he says it's been shipped without a tracking number. I've written to him, but he hasn't responded. I want you to contact him. Why is eBay making me lose $409 because a seller sent it to an address that isn't mine?

eBay isn't making you lose $409. They offer a money-back guarantee. The seller "says" he shipped without tracking, so he has no proof that the item was either shipped or delivered. Here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

OP8 months agoOkay, thanks, but eBay caused me to lose money. A seller sent me a camera to someone else and gave me the tracking number for that person, [Removed by mod]. I sent them the proof that UPS sent me, indicating that the seller made a mistake or did it to track down the camera later, but eBay did nothing when they should have contacted the seller. I sent all the evidence, but nothing. The law of karma comes down on all guilty people.

Mentor8 months agoYou stated that the seller shipped without tracking in your original post. Now you are posting pictures of two different tracking #s, one from USPS and one from UPS.
If he shipped with tracking and provided that tracking # to eBay in an Item not received case, then you need to contact eBay again and provide the carrier confirmation that proves it was shipped to someone else.

OP8 months agoThank you for responding. I wanted to tell you about my frustration with that seller. I showed you my address on the box and the photo UPS sent me of the seller who shipped the package. eBay closed my case, and even though I sent proof, I still lost $400 to that seller. Now, the camera cost me $293, and I'm worried again because they didn't provide a tracking number. That makes me doubt they're a legitimate seller. I wrote to them, and they never respond. see the anterior seller la prueba y como quiera ebay no me ayude
