After I won those three auctions, the seller refuses to combine shipping. Ebay will not let me cancel the order. Seller has not responded to my request to cancel. What do I do?These are small, non-fragile items and seller is trying to charge me 15.75 for shipping. I checked "before" I bid to be sure shipping would be combined.
