The seller of the details, the seller unilaterally cancelled the order.
I received an offer from a seller to ship to Japan, so I accepted the offer and purchased the item. When I went to the checkout page, the shipping address did not apply and I could not pay. I was instructed to request an invoice from the seller. When I informed the seller of the details, the seller unilaterally cancelled the order. This kind of behavior is completely unsatisfactory. Can't something be done?

Mentor2 years agoWhat reason did the seller give for the cancellation? It should have been Out of stock/damaged. If it was not, you could report the seller. If the seller selected problem with Buyer's address to avoid receiving a defect for the cancellation, but s/he had agreed to ship to Japan, I would report the seller for that reason as well.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, describe what happened.
