The seller never sent my order
Hello .
I paid for this item a week ago, and the seller didn't ship it. I then canceled the order because the seller said the item was unavailable by mistake, but they refused the cancellation and haven't responded to my messages since. eBay doesn't offer an option in the menu to immediately report this seller and get a refund.

Mentor4 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST a cancellation. It is up to the seller to file a cancellation. S/he should have done so with the reason Out of stock, but that would record a defect on his/her account. Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended. No defects if the BUYER requests to cancel.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
