Received a damaged Ivan on August 8
Went to the post office and returned it on August 10 the seller received it on August 28 and I never received the refund
This Was purchased and paid to Affirm account
I have contacted the seller and I never received a response
now Ebay informs that the case has been closed and then I cannot appeal it
I have always trusted even in returns and refunds
At the time this was happening
