The seller leave negative false feedback.

Question

Hello, recently I purchased a dress from a seller. The seller left me positive feedback with negative rude comments about the doll I purchased !!!, and emailed that I didn't answer!!! (I didn't receive any from the seller) and when I would receive my money back or some confusing issues with awful English writing.

I replied to the feedback and asked to explain what are these about, I also sent the seller a message regarding the feedback but still no reply.

How can I report the feedback to eBay?

@majlesydesign , Look at the seller's feedback profile page. It looks like an inexperienced seller left you a feedback meant for someone else they had an issue with. You can reply to the feedback again, saying the seller left it for you by mistake. How you go about reporting the feedback on the U.K. site may differ from the way we do it on the U.S. based site (ebay.com).
