The seller is scamming buyers. They accept payment and then ship the item in a way that makes it impossible for buyers from other countries to receive it.
I believed eBay was a large and reputable company with many years of experience, and that eBay would protect buyers and minimize fraudulent sellers. Unfortunately, that has not happened in my case.
It is also possible that this seller’s account has been hacked or compromised.
As a result, I am left without the item and have lost $450. I need eBay to investigate this seller and help me recover my money.
