The seller is keeping the returned merchandise AND my money and Ebay has ruled against me?
What happened to the Ebay guarantee? Ebay told me to return the merchandise to receive a refund. Now they're saying I'm not entitled to a refund?

Had you opened a refund request on eBay? If so, what was the reason for the return? Did the Seller provide a prepaid return label?
